Margie graduated with honours from the University of Queensland in 1992 and completed the Masters in Physiotherapy in 2000. Margie worked in Brisbane and London before setting up private practice in Carina. Margie has a special interest in neck pain, headaches and women's incontinence. Margie has been a treating clinician on several research trials at the University of Queensland. Margie enjoys running and completed the London Marathon. Now she runs around looking after her husbane and three young sons.

Jenni graduated from the Latrobe Lincoln Institute of Health Sciences in Melbourne in 1991 and completed the Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland in 1998. Jenni worked in Toowoomba, Brisbane and London prior to setting up private practice in Carina. Jenni has a special interest in treatment of low back pain, particularly in pre and postnatal women. Jenni enjoys strength training, running and hiking with her husband and two daughters.

Kim graduated from the University of Queensland in 1990, and completed the Masters in Physiotherapy in 1999. Kim has worked in private practice in Hobart, the UK and Canada, where she gained extensive experience in treating whiplash injuries. Kim has provided physiotherapy services for a variety of sporting teams (to state and national level) including hockey, australian rules, touch football, gymnastics and netball. Kim has been a treating clinician on several research trials as the University of Queensland. Kim is a keen participant in soccer, enjoys surfing and keeping busy with her three daughters.

Nicky graduated from the University of Queensland with honours in 1991 and completed the Masters in Manipulative Physiotherapy degree in 2004 and Sports Physiotherapy degree in 2005. Nicky gained extensive experience working in private practice and hospitals in both Queensland and USA. Nicky's area of special interest is in treating lower limb and overuse injuries. Nicky enjoys camping, hiking, travelling, surfing and keeping fit. Nicky participated in triathalons for 17 years and has represented Australia at the Triathalon World Championships. Nicky has provided physiotherapy coverage for the Australian Women's Handball Team.


Bernadette Ha B Phty, M Phty (Manips)

Bernadette graduated from the University of Queensland in 2001 and completed the Masters in Physiotherapy degree in 2004. Bernadette is a clinical educator for the Bachelor of Physiotherapy program. She has published research regarding tennis elbow, and continues to participate in clinical research with the University of Queensland in addition to her private practice work. Bernadette's special interests are women's health/incontinence, spinal pain, whiplash and running injuries. Berny has competed at a national level for karate, and now keeps fit with her running, cycling and yoga.

Olivia graduated from the University of Sydney in 2000 and completed the Masters in Physiotherapy degree at the University of Queensland 2007.  Olivia gained extensive experience treating chronic pelvic, spinal and lower limb conditions through her work in occupational rehabilitation and private practice in Australia and the UK. These areas continue to be areas of special interest. Olivia is also interested in the used of Real-time Ultrasound in physiotherapy practice. Olivia currently tutors undergraduate and postgraduate physiotherapy students at the University of Queensland. In her spare time Olivia enjoys exploring the great outdoors and travelling to new places.


Solomon Cheng B Phty M Phty (Manips)

Solomon graduated from his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in 1998 and completed his Post Graduate Manipulative Physiotherapy qualification in 2002, both at the University of Queensland.  Solomon has worked in private practices in Brisbane and Melbourne before joining the team at Carina Central Physiotherapy. Solomon has a special interest in the treatment of neck pain, headaches and  in the use of intramuscular needling. He also has an interest in rehabilitation to improve core stability.  After work hours, Solomon enjoys his sporting pursuits and his passion for electronics and technology.
